Our Services

At Lacy Construction, We Know Every Project Is Unique With Its Own Set of Opportunities and Challenges. for That Reason, We Offer a Variety of Services to Ensure Your Building Will Meet Your Needs.

Feasibility Studies

Among our many capabilities, clients have commissioned us to perform feasibility studies. Our robust study utilizes market research, facility requirements, land needs, preliminary plans and even estimates to help you better determine the scope of your project.

Design and Construction

We offer four different building methods to get your construction project off the ground:

Design-Bid-Build

In this traditional method, our clients retain an architect for design services. Following design, our clients typically seek out a handful of contractor bids, usually selecting the lowest bid. We’re always grateful to be considered for your construction needs.

Design-Build

Often called a “turn-key” project, Lacy Construction offers total design and construction services for any project. We assemble a team of architects and engineers licensed and certified in Nebraska, along with mechanical and electrical contractors. This method takes advantage of the design phase to minimize costs. At Lacy, we’re committed to making the most of your project.

Design-Build-Lease

Like the design-build system, this service offers financing to clients who need a new facility but do not have the necessary financing available. This service helps the client get into a new building without the initial burden of construction costs.

Construction Management

This method is different from the design-bid-build system because it utilizes the services of a construction manager to coordinate and communicate the entire project process to the client, architect, and contractor(s). This manager is essential in articulating cost, deadline, and feasibility issues during the design process. The construction manager also bids, awards, and manages the project’s various construction phases.

At Lacy Construction, we’re always committed to making sure your project happens on time and within budget.

Decorative Concrete

Decorative concrete brings plain surfaces to life, making it an increasingly popular option in exterior and interior applications, including sidewalks, driveways, patios, floors, pool surrounds and vertical walls.

Lacy Construction offers a wide selection of affordable decorative concrete solutions, delivering long-lasting appeal. Whether you are starting from scratch or upgrading an existing surface, choose from a variety of textures, patterns, finishes, stains, colors and polishes.

The creative potential is as limitless as your imagination.
