Commercial Contractor Nebraska Church

Becomes first NACDB board-certified church design-build firm in Nebraska

At Lacy Construction, we’re proud of the long-standing relationships we’ve developed as a reputable church builder over the last 70 years. And now, we’re more committed to these faithful clients than ever before. We’re pleased to announce that Lacy Construction is the first Nebraska construction company to join the National Association of Church Design Builders (NACDB). This designation shows Lacy’s continued commitment in understanding the complexities that any church construction project can pose on a fellowship — small or large.

What is the National Association of Church Design Builders?

Every church has a mission, a vision, and a purpose. The NACDB is a board-certified nationwide association committed to connecting ministries to “honest, trustworthy people with years of expertise and knowledge,” which makes us extremely proud to be among NACDB’s list of nationally recommended church builders.

To make this list, Lacy Construction had to demonstrate and specialize in cost controls and cost solutions, all the while being a nationally certified church consultant. Among its list of construction services, Lacy offers a robust feasibility study and four different design-and-build construction methods to help churches analyze and meet budget demands — all the while, building a place of worship worthy of His glory.

Aside from connecting ministries with contractors, the NACDM has become the “go-to vehicle for ministries facing buying decisions” in the last 14 years. Whether a ministry is buying, building, expanding, remodeling, or upgrading its facilities, NACDM’s ultimate goal is to help that church navigate through the process. In fact, the NACDM’s blog is a wealth of knowledge on sustainable funding, lending options, modern construction, building oversights, and more. The entire Lacy Construction family is excited about this new chapter in its 70-year-old story. We look forward to working with such a great resource for churches, and we hope to continue to lead the way in best practices for church design-build projects. And more importantly, we look forward to serving your ministry’s mission, vision, and purpose.
